240 volts is used in Europe, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East.

Is your raw aluminium finish coated?

No, our standard aluminium finish is a bead blasted finish that will slightly darken and patina over time, evolving with your project. See before and after photos here.

Where are your lights produced?

Our products are designed and assembled in our Australian workshop from components manufactured locally and abroad.

For indoor locations you only require a minimum rating of IP20.

Any light installed outdoors requires a minimum rating of IP65 to protect it from the rain and elements it will be exposed to.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, We can customise the colour of our lights. Please email us at contact@of-t.com to enquire.

Are there any variations that occur in the lights?

Due to the fact that our glass components are handmade you can expect small variations, we consider this a feature of the handmade process. Every shade that is produced passes through our workshop and is inspected to ensure they are up to standard before they are sent out to you.

The scale and colour of our powder-coated metal components are very consistent and you can expect each batch to be the same as the last. Our standard aluminium finish is a bead blasted finish that will slightly darken and patina over time, evolving with your project. See before and after photos here.
